Sehr geehrte Mitglieder der Deutschen Sektion der Society of Petroleum Engineers,
hiermit lade ich Sie herzlich zu unserer ordentlichen Mitgliederversammlung am
Freitag, den 26. Juni 2020 um 14:00 Uhr
ein.
Die ordnungsgemäße Ladung hat zwei Wochen vor der ordentlichen Mitgliederversammlung (oMV) zu erfolgen; dieser Verpflichtung ist mit heutiger schriftlicher Bekanntmachung genüge getan.

5. Entlastung des Kassenwartes

8. Wahl des Vorstandes 2020/21 und der Kassenprüfer
9. Verschiedenes
10. Auszeichnung der Studenten mit dem GSSPE Förderpreis 2020,
Änderungen und Ergänzungen zur Tagesordnung der ordentlichen Mitgliederversammlung können schriftlich beim Vorstand der GSSPE eingereicht werden (tobias.backers@rub.de).
Die Einladung ist auch auf unserer Webseite connect.spe.org/Germany einsehbar.
Die oMV wird dieses Jahr digital stattfinden. Wenn Sie nicht teilnehmen können, ist erstmalig die Möglichkeit zur Briefwahl gegeben. Die Registrierung und den Stimmzettel stellen wir kommende Woche zur Verfügung.
Wenn Sie sich im Vorstand der GSSPE engagieren wollen, teilen Sie uns dies bitte unter Angabe des angestrebten Amtes bis zum 12.06.2020 mit. Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Kandidatur!

The oMV will take place digitally this year. If you are unable to participate, you have the option of postal voting for the first time. We will provide the registration and the voting slip next week.
If you would like to become a member of the board of the GSSPE, please let us know by stating the desired position by June 12, 2020. We look forward to your application!
