Awards for Outstanding Students: CTY Essay Competition

Award Description

The CTY (Catch Them Young ) program is an annual event designed to stimulate academic and ultimately career interest in Petroleum Engineering. It targets secondary school students in Nigeria who have bias for sciences and are probably considering further studies in Engineering (Petroleum Engineering) in Institutions of higher learning. 

 

Participation Eligibility

Must be a  student in secondary school with a bias for sciences and are potentially considering further studies in Engineering (Petroleum Engineering).

Nomination for the CTY exams are handled by the different Sections. Please contact the Student Liaison / Affairs Chair for your section
