Industry Advocacy Award

Award Description

The SPE Nigeria WAY Industry Advocacy Award recognizes the contributions to advancing SPE’s  public education activities and fulfilling the society’s mission “To collect, disseminate, and exchange technical knowledge concerning the exploration, development and production of oil and gas resources, and related technologies for the public benefit.

Nominee Eligibility

  • Must be a paid, professional member
  • Must not be younger than 35

A nominee is not eligible:

  • If they are on the current SPE Nigerian Board of Trustees
  • Members of the Awards Committee
  • Must not be a recipient of this same award in the region in the last 2 years
  • Can not self nominate
