STUDENT SUPPORT

The North Texas Section is proudly the supporting Section for the MSU Student Chapter. Please visit the SPE website to find out more.  Our student members are always welcome to addend our Luncheons and we cover the cost of their meals.

There is an Advisory Board for the MSU Student Chapter that establishes an outline of topics and schedules speakers to give guest lectures to the students working on their petroleum engineering certificate at MSU.  The Advisory Board is in it's infancy now and if you would like to volunteer to participate, please contact Dwight Campbell with Midwestern Mud at 940-766-6296.  Additionally, Jim McCoy, James Tart (both of SPE), Mark Henderson and Tye Thacker are members of the board.
