This event is a geologic field trip of SE Massachusetts and Cape Cod led by Dr Peter Tilke. The trip includes a tour of the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) facilities in Woods Hole, MA. The plan is to make 2-3 stops along the coast while going south to WHOI. Lunch will be in the vicinity of Old Silver Beach after which the bus will proceed to WHOI. Two stops are planned during the return trip to Cambridge. Further details will be available shortly.
