Human Factors and Ergonomics Textbooks The HFES Education and Training Committee developed specific selection criteria when deciding what textbooks should appear in the Educational Resource Project. Below are textbooks that are commonly used in colleges and universities that offer degrees in human factors and ergonomics. Textbooks are listed from basic or introductory human factors and ergonomics courses. The list was compiled from a survey of 76 HF/E programs (19 programs responded about a total of 38 courses). Has anybody worked with a company that measures their safety culture on board a MODU/Semi Submersible or Jack up? If so, how did they do it and were they effecitve at meauring the right climate on board?
