RSVP Information
Although walk-ins are welcome, we prefer and encourage that you RSVP at least 48 hours in advance. You can RSVP several ways:
- Pay by credit card via our newest service on the website! Please use the buttons located at the bottom of the page to safely and securely enter credit card information. Payment by credit card is $26.50 per person.
- Send an e-mail to Scott Lynd to reserve a seat at the luncheon. You may then pay at the door - $25.00 per person with check or cash, or $26.50 by credit card. You may e-mail Scott using this link RSVP
- Call Scott Lynd to reserve a seat and pay at the door by cash, check, or credit card. Please leave a voicemail with your name, number, and the number of people attending in your party. Phone: 817-247-8175
To encourage reservations, don't forget that every time you RSVP and attend during the year, your name will be entered into a door prize drawing at the May 2011 meeting. So, the more often you RSVP and attend, the more chances you'll have to win the door prize.
If you need to Cancel an RSVP you have already sent in, you can use this link (CANCEL RSVP). At this time, we do not offer refunds on credit card payments made via the internet.
