Purpose of this event
is to provide Young Professionals an opportunity to elaborate and discuss po-tential ways towards building up their career. Discussions and exchange of experience with senior and young managers will be possible as well as with their colleagues in similar situation. The event thus helps to create networks within our industry. Summary This workshop provides an excellent opportunity to obtain valuable insight into the development of junior and senior managers towards their carreer steps, personal successes and achievements. The en-vironment without hierarchical constrains, in which the attendees are given an excellent exchange forum outside our daily business, is of particular relevance.
Different methods and activities will be discussed and evaluated, in-cluding mentoring, networking, and the development of personal skills. These non-technical topics are addressed in different formats such as presentations, discussion groups, and a barcamp. The bar-camp allows the attendees to define their own sessions based on their personal needs and wishes.
