16:15hrs – meet & greet at the lobby

16:15hrs – 16:30hrs –Registration

(Photograph of each shooter will be taken at the reception for CID registration)

16:30hrs – 16:45hrs –introductions/instructions
16:30hrs – 18:30hrs –clay shooting session
18:45hrs – Awards presentation

Format: - Refreshments throughout the shooting session.
- 25 shots on Clay shooting for each person to use
- Engraved trophy for the overall winner and medals for the runner's up.
- Photography service throughout the session
